Refund & Returns Policy

At Medicare Rentals, we aim to ensure customer satisfaction with a simple and transparent refund and return process:


1. Equipment Return Policy

  • Return Timeline: Equipment can be returned within 7 or more days of delivery.
  • Condition for Return:
    • The equipment must be in the same condition as delivered.
    • All accessories, manuals, and packaging should be intact.
    • Normal wear and tear is acceptable.

2. Refund Policy

  • Security Deposit:
    • A refundable security deposit is collected at the time of rental.
    • This deposit is returned once the equipment is inspected after the return.
  • Refund Timeline: Refunds are processed within 7 working days and credited to the original payment method.

3. Inspection Process

After the equipment is returned, we check for:

  • Functionality
  • Damages (beyond normal wear and tear)
  • Missing parts

If any issues are found, a deduction may be applied to the security deposit.

4. Non-Refundable Items

Consumable products like masks, tubing, or other hygiene-related items are not eligible for returns or refunds.
