Refund & Returns Policy
At Medicare Rentals, we aim to ensure customer satisfaction with a simple and transparent refund and return process:
1. Equipment Return Policy
- Return Timeline: Equipment can be returned within 7 or more days of delivery.
- Condition for Return:
- The equipment must be in the same condition as delivered.
- All accessories, manuals, and packaging should be intact.
- Normal wear and tear is acceptable.
2. Refund Policy
- Security Deposit:
- A refundable security deposit is collected at the time of rental.
- This deposit is returned once the equipment is inspected after the return.
- Refund Timeline: Refunds are processed within 7 working days and credited to the original payment method.
3. Inspection Process
After the equipment is returned, we check for:
- Functionality
- Damages (beyond normal wear and tear)
- Missing parts
If any issues are found, a deduction may be applied to the security deposit.
4. Non-Refundable Items
Consumable products like masks, tubing, or other hygiene-related items are not eligible for returns or refunds.
